Alpha terms
Thanks for testing Planic. These terms apply while it is in closed alpha, between you and [[legal name]].
What an alpha means
- Planic is unfinished. Features will change, some will break, and there may be downtime without warning.
- We back up nightly and won't delete your data on purpose without telling you first, but don't keep the only copy of anything important in it yet.
- It is free during the alpha. If we introduce paid plans you'll hear about it first, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
Your account
- Your invite code is for you. Ask us for another for a colleague.
- Keep your password and access tokens to yourself. You're responsible for what is done with them, including by AI assistants you connect.
- You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may close accounts that break these terms.
Your content
What you put in Planic stays yours. We only use it to run the service for you and your team. See the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use Planic for anything illegal, don't try to get at other teams' data, and don't put load on the service on purpose. If you find a security problem, please tell us at [[security@your-domain]] rather than testing it on other people's data.
No warranty
The alpha is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Feedback
We'd love it, via Send feedback in the app. We may use your ideas to improve Planic without owing you anything for them.
